Do you read what it's reported in a may 1986 paper? It's not the same footage. Do you see Henri moving his hand in the video it's on YouTube?
The accident video starts too late indeed, but it doesn't mean that the person who shot it didn't himself see what happened in the 1-2 seconds before the car disappeared behind the trees. The most likely scenario is that the witness statement featured in the article is from the same person who filmed the video that we all know about. Nothing in that article indicates the existence of a second video.
