In just a few years, our performance has continued to decline. They took away the hybrid system and our 500hp, then reduced the power two years ago, and now we're stuck in Rally2. It's very disappointing.I hope they'll reconsider their decisions and modify the restrictor to allow for more power. I think that would make for a better show for everyone, as the difference is too significant for both the drivers and the spectators. The Rally2 cars also need to be louder. Aesthetically, they're not exactly attractive, and perhaps they could use more aerodynamics. Spectator expectations are clearly different on special stages, and while some will be happy to have closer competition next year, I think it's essential to have more impressive cars to watch.I also don't know how they're going to manage the situation with the new "WRC27" cars, which are just Rally2 cars with a tubular chassis. Nobody knows the performance level between the two cars yet, or which team to support. I think these regulations are going to confuse everyone, and the Rally1/Rally2/Rally3 system was really good.If the two categories are really close in terms of performance, we're going to find ourselves in a rather strange situation when there's road sweeping. The WRC27s would then be at a significant disadvantage compared to privateers in Rally2, and I'm not sure that's a good thing for the manufacturers, nor for understanding the races. In any case, nothing is clear to me, and I think that's the case for everyone.
