Valencia: Raikkonen dominates!
Nearly a second faster than the rest...
Raikkonen impressive today at Valencia
Kimi Raikkonen set a blistering pace at the wheel of the new McLaren MP4-20 today at the Valencia circuit.
According to the lap times supplied by Renault (minor differences may occur depending on the source), Raikkonen even came within three thousandths of a second from the lap record... that the Finn holds since 19/02/2004!
On top of that, the MP4-20 completed 95 laps today, a good sign that the reliability of the car is also improving.
Alex Wurz finished with the second quickest time, followed by Jarno Trulli and Fernando Alonso.
